Many of the cards I make are unique, one-off creations that I will never duplicate exactly again, so when you buy one of those for a special person for a special occasion, you can be sure that they won't be getting exactly the same thing from somebody else, as might happen when you buy from a high street shop. Also, unlike buying from a high street shop, you won't be standing there wondering, did I send that same card last year?
Although it is not always the case, it is not unusual for me to spend many hours or even days putting much thought into a design and a lot of time and work into the creation itself, and I only use the best quality materials.
I offer a free personalisation service, and I frequently leave the cards I have made blank inside so that you, the customer, can decide if you want them left that way or if you want some type of personalisation, probably the most popular method being to put a matching (or plain) insert inside the card which has either otherwise been left blank or personalised with your own message. I have a very good selection of lovely verses for just about any occasion to choose from, so if you want a message but are not sure exactly what you want to say or how you want to say it, I can e-mail you some examples, and there is nothing to stop you combining your own words with part(s) of verses I can provide or re-writing parts of them. If there is a card you like that already has a printed verse, it can still usually be personalised somehow, with a name, date, age, etc.
My policies are simple. If you aren't happy with anything you buy from me, I'm not happy either. That's why I offer a 14-day no-quibble money-back guarantee of the full purchase price including the original p & p, if any, with the customer paying the return postage. The only requirements are that you let me know that you are returning something, that you return it in the original packaging in the condition in which it was received, not having been written on or otherwise defaced in any way, and to tell me the reason(s) you are returning it, which is for my information only, so that I can continue to strive to provide the best quality products and customer service available anywhere.
Barring unforeseen circumstances, orders are dispatched within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment, frequently sooner, and please allow an extra day if you want personalisation. (This does obviously not apply in the case of custom orders, which would take longer, as they have to be designed and created. With custom items, please give me as much information and detail as possible as to what your requirements are, and please allow at least 7 working days for one custom item to be completed and dispatched to you; multiple custom items or sets of custom items may take longer than that. I will always keep you informed as to any possible delays or problems.)
A certificate of posting is retained as proof of posting, which also can be used to make a claim against the Royal Mail should anything get damaged or go missing in the post. Whenever possible, I use clean recycled packaging that incorporates some cardboard and bubblewrap to help the environment, but as I don't frequently have much of that available, I usually use new PIP cardboard boxes or white all-board envelopes. Whatever I use to post your item(s), I always make every effort on my part to ensure that your purchase gets to you in as perfect condition as possible.
I accept Paypal from anyone or cheques/money orders in UK pounds sterling only. Paypal is a safe way of paying by using your credit/debit card, you don't need to have a Paypal account, and never at any time do I have access to your credit/debit card information.
